Planning
Plan A initially focused on practical testing to inform design decisions. This was transitioned to Plan B, where practical work was optional and was not required.

The project was managed and kept on track via Gantt charts detailing the timeline and through a modified scrum method. Weekly meetings were held to assess what progress was made and what was needing to still be accomplished as well as to provide a time to discuss issues.
